Just come back for a 3 night stay at Fellpack House with my Sister (for my 50th birthday). Our room was fab, staff so friendly/accommodating and the breakfast was top notch. There were plenty of breakfast options for veggie/vegans, which was awesome for me. Perfect location for the lake, centre, theatre, cinema and local walks. Hope to be back again very soon. Really enjoyed our stay here. Nice modern little room, smart tv with Netflix etc. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was fantastic and made the stay seem very good value for money. Would highly recommend this place.
An amazing place, quiet and refined with comftable rooms a nice bar with a good selection of drinks. Really tasty breakfast, nice views of the fells. Great location for exploring Keswick and the fells but still feels tucked away from the crowds. Amazing staff, Ben couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Small carpark but a permit was provided for the main Keswick carpark which is just opposite the hotel. Had a great view of latrigg and skiddaw from our room. Bed was really comftable, amazing bathroom, room was very clean and comftable, amazing book nook downstairs that's relaxing and well stocked with literature, All in all an amazing high end feeling place to stay.
This place is delicious. Decor is thoughtfully designed, bedrooms are spacious and light with idilic views over the fells. Ensuite bathroom stylishly retro. Enough space for us both and our luggage selection. Nespresso machines in rooms with cutesy cups. Bed was big and we slept well albeit was very warm when we arrived and had to have windows open all night. Very lucky to get on street parking right outside as arrived later on. Only stayed 1 night but was able to walk into town and down to the water first thing easily when noone was around. Breakfast was amazing. Menu was vast with gluten free options and vegetarian options. Fresh juice amazing! servers and staff were kind, thoughtful and professional. The people who work here are the highlight of this hotel.
We had a magical time here last week, we booked for a mid-week getaway for our anniversary and arrived to a decorated room with balloons- a lovely touch. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, the fresh cookies every morning were a lovely addition. Ben is an absolute asset to this business, his welcoming and relaxed manner made us feel at home. He did everything he could do to make our visit memorable. He was brilliant. We will definitely be coming back.
Beautiful place to stay, with an amazing location, we stayed in the Hazel Dean suite which was fantastic. Breakfast was great quality produce and very tasty. We had dinner across the road at the Fellpack restaurant (part of Fellpack house) which was outstanding. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommend placed to stay and eat 10/10
We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. I can't fault the Fellpack. Very welcoming, friendly staff. The room was beautifully decorated with a good shower. Breakfast was excellent with many options. The location was very convenient yet in a quiet spot. Would love to return.
What an exceptional Hotel, from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Ben, shown to our room, even offering to carry our luggage, gave us details of the House, breakfast etc. The standard and cleanliness of the Hotel is excellent, quality of fittings and furnishings exceptional, you had everything you would need. Even a boot house, drying your boots and hiking gear as a bonus. There was a great chose for breakfast and were very flexible if you wanted adjustments to it. Quality and amount of food was excellent. The atmosphere is so peaceful, relaxed, and the views from the hotel are excellent particularly at breakfast. The hotel has a small private car park but street parking is available free of charge. It is in a great position, accross from the park just near the lake, where the threatre and boat launches and golf etc are, but far enough away to be peaceful. The young lady who checked us out was so helpful, particularly with knowledge of the area, sorry I didn't get her name. We had only one thing to note, the room we were in was quite warm, we like it cool but windows open so problem solved. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, worth every penny.
